Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship or telecalling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in complaint handling and customer support
  • Proficiency in managing office software (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with potential & existing customers
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system
  • Support office operations and manage daily tasks efficiently
